Had a wonderful time at The Standard using a Day Pass! The poolside staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I went with a family member and we had a great time, taking advantage of all the available amenities. I also booked a manicure at the spa and was taken care of by Ella who was very kind and efficient. Overall, super happy with my experience!

Great food, and one employee who truly stood out.. We had a wonderful stay and wanted to share our experience. The food at the restaurant was delicious and really well prepared. Service was a bit slow at times, but nothing that ruined the experience. What really stayed with us happened on Sunday when it started raining heavily by the pool for about an hour and a half. One staff member kept working right through the storm—collecting towels from the chairs, picking up glasses, and cleaning around the pool while going back and forth with a cart, completely alone. We don't know if more people were inside, but during that time nobody else showed up. He had tattoos on his arms and legs, which is how we could tell it was the same person the whole time. As soon as the rain stopped, more staff came out to help, but he had already been out there working non-stop. We assume he may be a supervisor, and maybe it was part of his job, but you could tell he wasn't just doing it out of obligation—he did it like he actually cared. It really impressed us and said a lot about the kind of team this hotel has.

Every visit here is exceptional, but this one was especially memorable. After an 18 hour drive, I booked the "Hurts So Good" massage with Marianna, and her skill was incredible. She was so warm, intuitive, and knew exactly what my body needed my back still feels completely reset. She's truly an asset to your team. From the stress free valet to the genuinely kind staff, everything feels effortless. The amenities and common areas are always spotless, and Lido's food and drinks are immaculate. This consistently relaxing and outstanding experience is exactly why I keep coming back!
